Ary nihamafy ny ady tamin' izany andro izany; ary ny mpanjaka notohanana hitsangana teo amin' ny kalesiny tandrifin' ny Syriana, ary dia maty izy nony efa harivariva ny andro; ary ny rà nandeha avy teo amin' ny efa voa ho ao anatin' ny kalesy.

Ary nihamafy ny ady tamin' izany andro izany; notohanana ihany ny mpanjaka, hitsangana teo ambony kalesiny, tandrifin' ny Siriana, ary maty izy nony hariva; ny ra tamin' ny ratrany, niraraka tao anaty kalesy.

Mais le combat devint plus violent ce jour-là, on soutint le roi debout sur son char en face des Araméens, et le soir il mourut ; le sang de sa blessure coulait dans le fond du char.
