Ary Nehemia governora sy Ezra mpisorona, mpanora-dalàna, ary ny Levita izay nampianatra ny olona dia nanao tamin' ny olona rehetra hoe: Masina ho an' i Jehovah Andriamanitrareo ity andro ity; koa aza malahelo na mitomany. Fa nitomany ny olona rehetra raha nandre ny tenin' ny lalàna.

Ary Nehemia, governora, Esdrasa mpisorona sy mpanora-dalàna, mbamin' ny levita, nampianatra ny vahoaka, niteny tamin' ny vahoaka rehetra, nanao hoe: Andro masina ho an' ny Tompo Andriamanitrareo ity ka aza asiana fisaonana na ranomaso. Fa nitomany avokoa ny vahoaka nony nandre ny tenin' ny lalàna.

Alors Son Excellence Néhémie et Esdras, le prêtre-scribe et les lévites qui instruisaient le peuple dit à tout le peuple "Ce jour est saint pour Yahvé, votre Dieu! Ne soyez pas tristes, ne pleurez pas!" Car tout le peuple pleurait en entendant les paroles de la Loi.
