I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the Lord speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.

Tsy tao amin' ny mangingina, dia tao amin' ny fitoera-maizina amin' ny tany no nitenenako; Izaho tsy niantso ny taranak' i Jakoba hitady Ahy foana; Izaho Jehovah no miteny ny marina sy manambara ny mahitsy.

Tsy niteny tao amin' ny mangingina aho, tao amin' ny toerana maizimaizina amin' ny tany. Tsy nilaza tamin' ny taranak' i Jakoba aho nanao hoe: Aoka hitady ahy foana anie hianareo! Fa izaho Iaveh dia milaza ny marina, manambara ny fahamarinana.

Je n' ai pas parlé en secret, en quelque coin d' un obscur pays, je n' ai pas dit à la race de Jacob : Cherchez-moi dans le chaos! je suis Yahvé qui proclame la justice, qui annonce des choses vraies.
