Jon 2:1

Then Jonah prayed unto the Lord his God out of the fish' s belly,

Ary Jehovah nanomana hazandrano lehibe hitelina an' i Jona. Ary Jona dia tao an-kibon' ilay hazandrano hateloan' andro sy hateloan' alina.

Naniraka hazandrano lehibe anankiray Iaveh hitelina an' i Jonasa; ka tao an-kibon' ny hazandrano Jonasa, hateloan' andro sy hateloan' alina.

Yahvé fit qu' il y eut un grand poisson pour engloutir Jonas. Jonas demeura dans les entrailles du poisson trois jours et trois nuits.

Jon 2:2

And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the Lord, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and thou heardest my voice.

Dia nivavaka tamin' i Jehovah Andriamaniny tao an-kibon' ny hazandrano Jona

Dia nivavaka tamin' ny Tompo Andriamaniny, Jonasa, tao an-kibon' ny hazandrano,

Des entrailles du poisson, il pria Yahvé, son Dieu. Il dit :

Jon 2:3

For thou hadst cast me into the deep, in the midst of the seas; and the floods compassed me about: all thy billows and thy waves passed over me.

ka nanao hoe: Niantso an' i Jehovah tamin' ny fahoriako aho, Ka dia namaly ahy Izy; Tao anatin' ny fiainan-tsi-hita no nitarainako, Dia nihaino ny feoko Hianao.

ka nanao hoe: Niantso an' ny Tompo tao anatin' ny fahoriako aho, ary namaly ahy izy; nitaraina aho tao an-kibon' ny seoly, ka nihaino ny feoko hianao.

De la détresse où j'étais, j' ai crié vers Yahvé, et il m' a répondu; du sein du shéol, j' ai appelé, tu as entendu ma voix.

Jon 2:4

Then I said, I am cast out of thy sight; yet I will look again toward thy holy temple.

Fa efa natsipinao tao amin' ny lalina aho, Dia tao amin' ny ranomasina, Ka voasafotry ny riaka aho; Nanarona ahy ny alon-dranonao sy ny onjanao rehetra.

Natsipinao tany amin' ny hantsana aho, dia tany anatin' ny ranomasina, ka ny riaka nanodidina ahy; ny alon-dranonao aman' onjanao rehetra nandeha teo amboniko.

Tu m' avais jeté dans les profondeurs, au coeur de la mer, et le flot m' environnait. Toutes tes vagues et tes lames ont passé sur moi.

Jon 2:5

The waters compassed me about, even to the soul: the depth closed me round about, the weeds were wrapped about my head.

Dia hoy izaho: Voaroaka tsy ho eo anatrehanao aho, Nefa mbola nanatrika ny tempolinao masina ihany.

Dia hoy aho hoe: Voaroaka tsy ho eo imasonao aho; nefa mbola hibanjina ny tempolinao masina.

Et moi je disais : Je suis rejeté de devant tes yeux. Pourtant je continuerai à contempler ton saint Temple.

Jon 2:6

I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars was about me for ever: yet hast thou brought up my life from corruption, O Lord my God.

Ny rano nanarona ahy hatramin' ny aiko, Ny lalina namefy ahy manodidina; Ny zava-maniry any an-dranomasina nisingotra manodidina ny lohako.

Ny rano nanery ahy hatramin' ny aiko; ny hantsana be nanodidina ahy; ny ahi-dranomasina nangeja ny lohako.

Les eaux m' avaient environné jusqu'à la gorge, l' abîme me cernait. L' algue était enroulée autour de ma tête.

Jon 2:7

When my soul fainted within me I remembered the Lord: and my prayer came in unto thee, into thine holy temple.

Tafalatsaka tany amin' ny fanambanin' ny tendrombohitra aho; Ny hidin' ny tany nanidy ahy mandrakizay; Nefa nampiakatra ny aiko avy tao an-davaka Hianao, Jehovah Andriamanitro ô.

Tafalentika hatrany amin' ny fanambanin' ny tendrombohitra aho; ny hidin' ny tany efa voahidy tamiko mandrakizay. Kanjo hianao kosa, nampiakatra ny aiko avy any an-davaka, ry Iaveh Andriamanitro ô !

A la racine des montagnes j'étais descendu, en un pays dont les verrous étaient tirés sur moi pour toujours. Mais de la fosse tu as fait remonter ma vie, Yahvé, mon Dieu.

Jon 2:8

They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy.

Raha reraka tato anatiko ny fanahiko, Dia nahatsiaro an' i Jehovah aho; Ka tonga tao aminao ny fivavako, Dia tao amin' ny tempolinao masina.

Raha reraka tao anatiko ny fanahiko, dia nahatsiaro an' ny Tompo aho; ka tonga hatrany aminao ny fivavahako, hatr' any an-tempolinao masina.

Tandis qu' en moi mon âme défaillait, je me suis souvenu de Yahvé, et ma prière est allée jusqu'à toi en ton saint Temple.

Jon 2:9

But I will sacrifice unto thee with the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay that that I have vowed. Salvation is of the Lord.

Izay mivavaka amin' ny sampy Dia mahafoy Izay Mpamindra fo aminy

Izay miraiki-po amin' ny zava-poana tsinontsinona dia mandao ilay fototry ny famonjena.

Ceux qui servent des vanités trompeuses, c' est leur grâce qu' ils abandonnent.

Jon 2:10

And the Lord spake unto the fish, and it vomited out Jonah upon the dry land.

Fa izaho, dia feo midera no entiko mamono zavatra hatao fanatitra ho Anao, Ary izay nivoadiako dia hefaiko; An' i Jehovah ny famonjena.

Fa izaho kosa, dia amin' ny feo fiderana anao, no hanolorako sorona aminao; ary ny voady nataoko hoefaiko. An' ny Tompo ny famonjena!

Moi, aux accents de la louange, je t' offrirai des sacrifices. Le voeu que j' ai fait, je l' accomplirai. De Yahvé vient le salut.

Jon 2:11

Dia nandidy ilay hazandrano Iaveh, ka naloan' ny hazandrano teny amin' ny tany Jonasa.

Yahvé commanda au poisson, qui vomit Jonas sur le rivage.
