Thus saith the Lord God of Israel; Behold, I will turn back the weapons of war that are in your hands, wherewith ye fight against the king of Babylon, and against the Chaldeans, which besiege you without the walls, and I will assemble them into the midst of this city.

Izao no lazain' ny Tompo, Andriamanitr' Israely: Indro, ny fiadiana eny an-tànanareo, entinareo miady any ivelan' ny manda, amin' ny mpanjakan' i Babilona sy ny Kaldeana, izay manao fahirano anareo, dia hataoko miverina any aoriana sy hangoniko eo afovoan' ny tanàna;

Ainsi parle Yahvé, le Dieu d' Israël. Voici, je vais faire revenir les armes de guerre que vous tenez et avec lesquelles vous combattez le roi de Babylone et les Chaldéens, vos assaillants : de l' extérieur des murs, je vais les rassembler en plein milieu de cette ville.
